Terms and Conditions

By submitting an order you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions.

1. No Payment = No Order. Late payment orders will join the next preorder.

2. Waiting time for each preorder is 7-10 days. But if supplier make any mistake (wrongly sent item, etc) it might take longer. Please join only if you are comfortable with it.

3. No cancelling of order once payment made.

4. We do not blacklist people publicly. However, customers who cancel order without valid reason or goes MIA after making order may be privately blacklisted, and we will not entertain such customers in the future. So please be responsible customers (:

5. STRICTLY no return/exchange of any merchanise.

6. We are not responsible for any damages during international and local shipping. (Our price is already so low)

7. All prices already includes price of item and international shipping cost. Normal postage is free.

Mass Meetup

There will be at least one Mass Meetup session outside Dhoby Gaut MRT Station (at empty area in front of Plaza Singapura) available after every preorder. Those who cannot come for the Mass Meetup must opt for postage. No other meetups provided unless otherwise stated in the preorder.

Mass Meetup costs $1 per meetup. Will not be refunded if customer confirm and fail to come. This is because we hire people to do mass meetup, and we pay him/her by the number of people collecting. Even if you don't show up we still have to pay him/her.

The procedure is this: When we confirm our mass meetup timing, we will email customers to check if they can come. If they indicate that they are not coming and make other arrangements, $1 will be refunded. If they say they can come and fail to show up, then $1 will be confiscated. Also, for customers who fail to reply until mass meetup is over, we will just send out their packages by normal postage. If no address is given to us, we will confiscate the items 2 weeks after our email. So please make sure you check your emails and reply promptly!
